Which clock are you using?

I think I've seen it somewhere in the various updates, but are you using the internal RC or the PLL clock on the tiny85?  i.e. 8MHz or 16MHz?  I have a project/shield idea that's really kind of nice, but it only firms up at 16MHz.  I imagine that the fuses will be a little on the untouchable side of things since it sounds like you've set RSTDISBL to get P5 available as a pin.

You can hit fuses with high voltage programmers even with RSTDISBL enabled :)

16.5Mhz and yes it will take a HV programmer circuit to reprogram the fuses
