Could we also have a wiki?
« on: August 17, 2012, 04:12:35 am »
Thank you for the forum, but could we also have a wiki?
* a hardware page with a pin overview like http://arduino.cc/en/Main/ArduinoBoardUno (what pins are reserved for usb, LEDs,...)
* a user/projects overview like http://www.arduino.cc/playground/Main/People
* a playground like http://arduino.cc/playground/Main/InterfacingWithHardware so we do not re-invent the wheel every time (maybe a central place to store libraries?)
* instruction overview: can we use all arduino instructions on a digispark?
* a getting started 10 lesson (blink style) walk trough to show the full potential of the digispark

I\'d like to read some Documentation right now. In including a schematic. After all we\'re going to need that to work with it. IMHO the act of writing docs helps product team members find bugs and issues. So docs now not later please.

Except for how the bootloader works to make it arduino/usb compatible, this is basically an attiny85 breakout board. any code written for an attinyX5 will work on it, and all the pins (P0-P5) are exactly what the specs say PORTB should be.

We\'ll do wikis, tutorials, etc as soon as we can - we\'ll have a nice long time between the end of kickstarter and the assembly plant returning our finished Digisparks to get it all online - I apologize that we haven\'t put it all online yet, only so much time in a day, we have day jobs, and our main focus right now is to get them into assembly. Thanks for your patience!
