Title: How does the Boost shield work?
Post by: ben7005 on August 20, 2012, 06:21:11 pm
I am a total Arduino noob, never even worked with one before. I am interested in what the boost shield does, and how I would use it (which pins do what, etc). I know what MintyBoost is (etching boards for mine soon!); does the boost shield enable the Digispark to run from a MintyBoost? Or... does it enable the Digispark to output power like a MintyBoost would? None of the above?

The boost shield allows the digispark to operate from <5V, such as from a battery.
