Sorry I wasn't checking the post...

I have just checked your screensnap and noted you have two other USB devices plugged in.
A Printer and a USB marble wheel.

I wonder if its possible that these drivers are preventing the Digispark from being recognised.

The matching .pnf file suggests windows has recognised it at least once ....

You should be able to remove the device (the easiest) and try, failing that try disabling them.


You need to be quick for the screen dump, as the Digispark only stays there for 5 secs ....assuming windows gets it at all.

Mark - thanks for helping with this!kbctemp - Mark offers some good advice, and its great if you want to continue to try to get it to work - if at any point you feel it is that you have a bad digispark just email me support at digistump dot come and we'll get it replaced.

New digispark works!  I now get the USB found/disconnected sound.  The device now programs properly, and I can change the rate of flashing.  Thanks for the replacement board.
