Digispark is not recognized by win 10 (Code 43)

Hello,
today i bought 3 Disgisparks. I connected installed the Driver and xonnected them with a USB Hub on my PC.
One of them was working on the first try, but the other two are not recognized by Windows.
Are they broken? Why is only one working. I always get the error "USB Device not recognized" Which is Code 43
in the device manager.
