Hello all, I'm building a way to control the temp in my closet and my outside fridge. when brewing lagers you need to get down to 42-46 degrees(dependent on beer type). either way it is 32 degrees outside right now. The solution in my mind was to unplug the fridge and put a small space heater in it to maintain the temp. more to come later...
