Oak only has Power LED

Configured the OAK, Connected to Particle, Device showed in list of devices.

I uploaded sketch to Oak; now only have power LED on.  No second LED.

Oak does not show SSID in list of WIFI networks.  Is this OAK Dead now?

It is happening the same to me, I uploaded my first blinked led project and when i tried to upload other one, it became like dead and no one sketch is working now
Do we need to unbrick it?

I presume it also does not show up asWifi AP either anymore?  Sounds the same as what happened to two of my units as well. At least I was able to unbrick them again.  You could give it a try as well.

When you power it up, are the Oak's pins connected to anything? I'm wondering if you are pulling power and then powering it up in flash mode (PIN 2 with connection to GND).
