**Using the Eclipse/Arduino IDE with the Digix** - Download the Arduino 1.5.x BETA IDE from: http://arduino.cc/en/Main/Software - Install the IDE, (on windows saying yes to install the drivers) - Download the Digix Addons zip file: https://sourceforge.net/projects/digistump/files/DigiXAddons-v06.zip/download - Extract the //digistump// directory in the zip file to the Arduino IDE hardware directory:\\ {{:digix:tutorials:arduino-hardware-dir.jpg}} - Download the Eclipse/Arduino IDE product from: http://www.baeyens.it/eclipse/download.php - Unpack the Eclipse/Arduino IDE to a location of your choice. - Start the Eclipse/Arduino IDE. - Go to Window -> Preferences and configure the Arduino Plugin (as described at step 4 of http://www.baeyens.it/eclipse/Install.html), it should look something like this:\\ {{:digix:tutorials:eclipse-arduino-preferences.jpg}} - Create a new Sketch project as described here: http://www.baeyens.it/eclipse/UsethePlugin.html.
