I stumbled onto this while browsing the net. Is anyone using it?

I also ran across a $40 Grove starter kit for the Digispark. It includes a Digispark, a grove shield, an expansion shield, and two grove cables, plus a nice assortment of sensors.

Are you finding any other 3rd-party products being marketed strictly for the Digispark?

Ah yes, back when I was still enamored with kickstarter, and would look up new technology products to back (like digispark, BTW), the smARtDUINO project came out. LIke digispark, it was a success in that many more people backed it than they were originally hoping for (FWIW, digispark raised about double of the money). Towards the end of the campaign, the Arduino folks got upset at the name and also some of the claims and threatened legal action. So they eventually renamed themselves to smartmaker. After they secured the initial funding amount, they started designing add-on boards, including digispark.
When I looked at it, it looked like an interesting design, but I thought it looked too big, with special cables to connect the boards, and to get a complete system was a little rich for my blood at the time the campaign closed in November.
Note, at present, I don't think you can buy the digispark board, unless you were one of the original Kickstarter backers. Presumably after all of the orders are shipped, then they will open the doors to all people.

I've yet to touch a smartbus adapter for the Digispark (and Digistump/Digispark is no involved in its manufacturer or sale in any way) - so I can't say how well it works, but it is worth pointing out it will only allows you to use Digispark Shields with the smartmaker system - not Digisparks themselves.
