Title: Serial port support (USI/SPI)

Has anyone gotten serial port support via USI working yet?  I'd like to plug in a device that uses V+,Gnd,Tx, and Rx and requires SPI pins.  I naively thought this was out of the box with Digispark, but now I've learned!  I see that Atmel has a data sheet with basic code, and people have gotten attiny85 USI working before, but I don't know how to include it in my Digispark project.  I hate to be a beggar, but I just don't have the skills to do this myself!  Can anyone help provide working code?  I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be very grateful!
