Title: How to use the MOSFET Shield

I am not completely sure on how to use  one of the MOSFET shields. If some one could just explain a little bit about it and maybe give me an example on how one would be used that would be great. Thanks

so it works some what like a relay? And what is the max V, A that it can take?
