Title: Digispark ATTiny85 won't run after power loss

Hello.
I'm quite new to ATTiny85, but have been using a lot of other microcontrollers.
I have a strange problem that i can't figure out and after been all over the internet, i'll seek for a solution here.

case: using Arduino IDE 1.8.9 / 1.8.9, Micronucleus USB, onboards USB on ATTiny85, Windows 10.
The problem is:
I can upload the sketch (example Digispark start or my own "blink").
It's working and onboard LED is blinking.

If i remove the USB plug and plug it back, ATTiny85 won't run the sketch?
I know there could be a 5 seconds delay, due to the bootloader, but my board do not start up at all.
The only LED there is turn on is the power LED.

I've also tried with a 10K resistor between Vcc and reset, while upload, after upload and after power on again, but nothing seems to help.

So what did i missed?  :(

I get the same behavior, except Arduino 1.6.5-r5.  5 boards all exhibit the same behavior.  These do not say "Digispark" on them; just "ATttiny 85".
