Title: Specifications?

Hi. I'm trying to measure a Voltage higher than 5V and I was going to step that down using a resistor, but I don't know what the input impedance is of this pin. I was wondering if anyone had any specifications. I could go off of.

Hi there, from the ATtiny datasheet (Rev. 2586N–AVR–04/11 page 172): 100MOhms.
So it's almost infinite.

By the way, use a resistor divider(or a trimmer) not just a single resistor, but maybe that's what you meant.
