D3 still is wrongly polarized in the schematic: anode should be connected to USB contact.

By the way, the 78L05 SOT-89 5V converter allows a maximum input voltage of 30V on Vin: https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/l78l.pdf (https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/l78l.pdf)
