Title: Can't Upload to Oak

I have previously been able to upload to my OAK from a Macbook, but have not done so in awhile. I tried to reset up today but get an error message stating Config file not found ...Please run oak tool from the command line with no arguments to configure. So I went to the getting started in arudino IDE tutorial and checked through all the steps to ensure I was configured correctly. I assumed I needed to download the OAKCLI tool to reconfigure. Unfortunately every time I run the download for MAC it states that the file is broken and should be put in the trash. Has anyone else had this issue?
