Is the Digistump webstore dead?

I bought a Controleo2 a few days ago and since then the item is on Status: Preparing for Shipment

One thanks for the order mail, nothing since...

I wonder if the site, beside the forums, is still active.

Seems hopeless. I cancelled the order. 1 week no any feedback. This is not how online transaction work.
