Just installed v1.06 of the Oak board package.  What's new???

Not officially released as far as I know (although exciting to know there is some development happening again!). So safest to assume it is either unstable or a beta version until announced. Therefore best to avoid until further notice (unless you are happy to recover a bricked unit).

v1.0.5 is latest stable for now.

Sorry Mike, it looks like you're behind the times ;) (so am I... thanks pkourany for drawing it to our attention!).

1.0.6 has indeed been released, but shouldn't be anything major. I'm responsible for some minor changes, but it looks like the biggest changes will be support of the Tone command (for making those annoying lovely beep sounds) and some updates to the compile toolchain.

Awesome! So glad to see some progress. Hopefully the Particle Build IDE stuff is next on the agenda....
