Title: Incorporating into IDE 1.5.4 - Just copy the files?

I use Arduino IDE 1.5.4, and I'd prefer to keep everything in sort of the same place.  So is there a best way to incorporate the Programmer into 1.5.4?  Do I just copy over some set of files?
Can't WAIT to get these guys going!

You need to use 1.5.7 or higher - but then you just copy the add-on over as described in the wiki, it won't mess with your other boards/files
