Title: ADC scaling

I am using one of the original Digisparks and am having a scaling issue
the voltage range seems to have a max input of about 1.1V, is it possible that by default the CPU is using the internal reference instead of VCC?
How would I change it.

I think we need more details. Can you post some code, and tells us what pin you're reading from?
