Title: DIP Socket Shield
Post by: cboden on July 27, 2013, 07:19:53 am
What about a shield that would allow to insert a Digispark into 16 pin (or more/less) DIP socket? It would allow to build greater circuits on larger (bread-) boards and simply add or remove the Digispark. Then It would be easy to re-programm it for example. Afterwards you can press the Digispark into the socket again. This would also allow to use standard breadboards more easily.

Just buy some attiny85 chips! You can even use a digispark to program them in place using the LittleWire firmware as an ISP programmer.
