There was a issue with our email provider that we use to send the forum sign up confirmations - it has been fixed. If you signed up and didn't get your forum confirmation (you should see a notice in the lower left of any forum page telling you to confirm) - click the resend link in the notice at the lower left and you should get it this time around.
