Hi,
I try aJOY-IT Digispark Mini Microcontroller with the standard Arduino IDE 1.8.9
under Ubuntu. I followed the instructions at:
http://digistump.com/wiki/digispark/tutorials/linuxtroubleshooting.
While uploading I got:
Warning: device with unknown new version of Micronucleus detected.
This tool doesn't know how to upload to this new device. Updates may be available.
Device reports version as: 2.2
> Please plug in the device ...
> Press CTRL+C to terminate the program.
> Device search timed out
Under win7 it works with the Arduino IDE 1.8.9
