If you go to the kickstarter comment page for digispark, Eric says he took down the backer page, and will be sending out the survey shortly to get shipping addresses.
Once the survey goes out, he will send out a link so you can order extras or pay for non-USA shipping if you forgot. You won\'t be able to delete or change the orders you made ahead of time, since that is against the kickstarter rules, but for a limited time you would be able to add extras to your original order.
I imagine after all 25,000 or so digisparks are delivered, they will open up a general store.
