Digispark not recognized by windows10 - after applying solder and glue

Hi guys,
I have a Digispark rev3 (yes, I know its a clone, but I got it from my father) and it worked just perfectly - not perfectly of course, but I could upload codes and execute them - but when I tried to fix it to a piece of wood to make a humidity sensor , and I used cyanoacrilate glue, and also, I soldered up some wires, it broke. I don't know which action caused its death, and I don't even know if it was one of these two actions. Is it possible that the cyanoacrilate glue damaged the Attiny? Or the solder? Help me guys, originally I wanted to give the sensor to one of my relatives for christmas.

I do not think that cyanoacrylate is a conductor, however your wires certainly are. I had some issues like this - some sensors can cause the Digispark to not upload new programs if they are connect to the USB pins (digital pins 4 & 5.) Some things can load them down and cause those pins to not toggle, or give incorrect readings when used as inputs. If you have any wires/sensors connected to either of those pins, disconnect them and try again. Let us know what happens.
