I have a Digispark running the announcements portion of a PowerPoint presentation (the first seven slides repeated until the presentation begins.) It did not seem right to have the bare circuit board sitting there, so I encapsulated it in hot glue. This was small enough that I used one compartment from a pill minder (those things that have compartments for your pills for each day.) I used a sharp knife to cut a small slit in the side of the compartment for the Digispark's USB port to stick through and then filled the compartment with hot glue. (Make sure that you coat the inside of the pill compartment with Vaseline, or something, or it will be a pain to get out - go ahead, and ask how I know.
) If you use a large-ish pill minder you could probably fit the entire Digispark with LEDs and coat them with the hot glue. Use the USB port to plug into a USB power bank for power.
