If you're still interested in an answer: I would advise not to buy any of those generic chargers from Ebay. They're usually unreliable and can be dangerous. If you want to get one from China, I'd suggest buying a charger from a brand like Blitzwolf, those are reliable. You could also buy a charger locally, just make sure it's made by a brand that is at least decently known, like Belkin or what have you, and not from a dollar store. 1A would be sufficient.
