Novice needs help please - Windows driver

I've got a Digispark, the cable and it powers up.  But I'm failing to get it to run the basic Blink program.

I've followed the instructions from the Digisstump Wiki "Connecting and Programming your Digispark".  These I printed out as I suspected it was going to take a wee bit of time to work my way through them.

I ticked off the stages as I went through and see when I got to the end and nothing happened, that the instruction at the bottom of page 2 "WINDOWS USERS" I've marked with a question mark, and I suspect that it is the Windows Drivers have not been installed.  I cannot remember now quite what happened at this stage of the installation, but I have a feeling that the "Driver Install Wizard window" did not "pop-up" as expected.

So - how do I check if the drivers are installed - where abouts are they and what is the recovery action, and where do I put them ? 

The Arduino IDE is all correct.

On the good old basis that if no one answers, one goes off in desperation and finds the answer all by yourself !!!

So I'm sorted !  Actually I found that the relevent files were in my Download folder (Digistump.Drivers.zip)  and it was just a case of opening that and running Install Drivers.exe.  I guess it ought to have done that automatically originally, but didn't.

One thing the Digispark connecting instructions omit to tell you is that when the load is complete from the Arduino IDE, the message is "Micronucleus done. Thank you".  I was getting this message with a variation on the Blink program but nothing happening, and then realised I hadn't changed the 'PIN' number from '0' to '1'.
