what did i do wrong??? please help... need to reset or something

no matter what I do I don't seem to be able to upload or change anything with my digispark now... it worked fine at first, but its stuck with the code i uploaded to it awhile ago...

is there something i need to do to get back to being able to upload to it? i think i may have screwed up pin 3 or 4 with software.. thus breaking USB

there is something wrong with it for sure... I ordered two of them... so I plug in the new one and run the basic script and it works fine.. but the other one is toast.  is it possible to fix it?
