WPA 2 enterprise wifi

I'm hoping to be able to connect my oak to my work WiFi.. Eduroam standard.
Here's a link about the ESP doing this:
https://github.com/joostd/esp8266-eduroam
And some Arduino stuff:
https://gist.github.com/chaeplin/fc9a9bdc9cb337e9680a
I'm basically a beginner and don't really know where to start, but I'm happy to do some legwork to get this working if it's possible..
Input welcome!

This isn't something we currently support and I haven't had any time to mess around with it - a pull request to support it would be welcome and merged if it passed testing.

I hope to help someone with the expertise work on this problem in the future, but for now, I've resolved it with a $10 sim card, a $5/mo data plan (10mb limit) and an old android cell phone as a hotspot.
