Still unable to update using the latest instructions

Help me understand this.

1.) From the manufacturer the Oak is setup with IP ADDR 192.168.0.1. Is this Accurate?
2.) My router is set to 192.168.0.1. What is the impact of this?
3.) Does the Oak try to use the 192.168.0.1 address for the initial update?

The Oak is only 192.168.0.1 when it is acting as an AP that you connect to the first time. Once you enter in your home wifi information the oak will connect to your router and be assigned a new IP on your home subnet
