Addons arrived but not original Oaks

Hi,
My addons arrived the other day along with a pre-ordered Oak but no sign of the two Oaks I ordered as part of my pledge!

I emailed the digistump support email address a couple of days ago but no response, has anyone else got a similar situation?

Ok, I got an email yesterday saying they were being prepared for shipping. :)
