What kind if USB driver for the Oak?

Apparently some are having trouble with FTDI drivers when real FTDI chips get switched for bogus chips.  The question then is, what kind of USB chip is in the Oak?  Is there a specific driver needed?

USB is just for power.
Programming will be done solely over the air once out of beta.

A USB / Serial adaptor is only needed if you want to play with the beta while there is a chance of semi bricking your oak and needing to flash via serial.

In the meantime CH340 based 3.3V Serial adaptor's are known to work and I've personally used a STM STLinkv2 with no problems.
