Unable to upgrade board in Arduino application

The wiki said to have the latest version of the tools avaiable. So i clicked on the "install" button in the boards manager again.

But I got this cryptic message:

Looks like this has been fixed since you posted this - I tried in the last hour and was not seeing this problem - all the nitty gritty details are towards the end of this issue: https://github.com/digistump/OakCore/issues/16
