Possible to communicate with Digispark USB interface via C#.NET / Visual Studios Apps?

Does anyone have an example of working with Visual Studio and the Digispark?  Something simple like turning on PIN1 for an LED flash would be a great start!

Also, if you\'re interested in talking to the digispark using the DigiUSB interface, I have some working code for that. See my post here:
