Digispark Pro WiFi Module Used/free Pins?
« on: December 30, 2015, 09:21:33 pm »
Which pins are used on the WiFi module, and which ones can I use for other things?

I looked at the schematics for the board, and the schematic numbers don't match up with what is printed on my board.

The schematics list the two 9-pin rows as JP1 & JP2 with pins on each numbered from 1-9
The board doesn't indicate JP1 or JP2, and has pins numbered VCC, 0, ---, 13

I'm assuming the following mapping between the schematic and the boards ??

Schem => Board => Digispark Pro Board
JP1-1 (used) => VIN  => VIN
JP1-2 (free) => GND => GND
JP1-3 (used) => 5 => 5
JP1-4 (free) => 4 => 4
JP1-5 (free) => 3 => 3
JP1-6 (free) => 2 => 2
JP1-7 (used) => 1 => 1
JP1-8 (used) => 0 => 0
JP1-9 (free) => VCC => VCC

JP2-1 (used) => 13 => RST
JP2-2 (used) => 12 => 12
JP2-3 (used) => 11 => 11
JP2-4 (used) => 10 => 10
JP2-5 (free) => 9 => 9
JP2-6 (free) => 8 => 8
JP2-7 (free) => 7 => 7
JP2-8 (used) => 6 => 6
JP2-9 (free) =>      =>

If you haven't closed any solder jumpers it just uses P6 and P7 (and VCC and GND)
