I've funded the kickstarter but I'm a little confused to the operating modes. I hope someone can explain me that.
I've initially bought it to let it function as a WiFi-enabled MCU with old-fashioned programming via USB, is that still possible or am I bound to use the Particle Cloud (either the official or locally hosted) (so that I have a device that's always connected to the cloud)?
Also, what are the possible options to connect your Oak to the WLAN?
I hope you can elude me on this.
