ATTiny85 Lock bits

Hello,

i have an OLIMEXINO-85S : http://www.olimex.com/Products/Duino/AVR/OLIMEXINO-85S/open-source-hardware

This part comes with integrate micro usb, and is not connected via RS232. With the bootloader tool micronucleus.exe i can write
Images to flash without RS232 used usblib.

But now i have to change the lock bits they are only settable with the program avrdude.exe ?  That works only via RS232 Connection.

Here i have configure my fuse/lock Settings

How i can setup the new settings without have RS232 ?
