Hello,
I have two DigiSparks rev4 which won't connect to my MacBook Pro late 2011 (OS X 10.6.8 ).
I installed the Arduino IDE Digistump 1.5.8B, tried various USB cables and hubs, both USB ports of the MBP and of another MB Air.
All I get is "Running Digispark Uploader... Plug in device now... (will timeout in 60 seconds)". 5s after plugging it in, the Digispark's Pin-1-LED starts its default blinking. My code isn't uploaded and the upload message never changes.

The IDE's status bar says "Digispark (Default - 16.5mhz) on COM1".
Is that ok? When developing for adafruit Trinkets a Mac serial interface "/dev/cu.usbmodem..." is shown here (Arduino 1.0.6).
What can I do and how can I see if the Digispark is connected?
thanks
Frank
