This is probably an overly ambitious project, but I was wondering if my digix could be used to run EMC2 CNC software.  It's been ported to the BBB http://beagleboard.org/project/machinekit with video on it http://blog.machinekit.io.

Thought?  Too much work?  I'm very likely just going to go buy a BBB.
