Unable to upload in win8.1

Hi,

I'm using the digispark for the first time and am unable to upload the blink sketch.
As I understand I should hit upload without the bord connected, so I did.
Driver is installed and after a reboot the board get recognised bij Windows. When  hitting upload I get the following output :
Binary sketch size: 758 bytes (of a 6,012 byte maximum)
Running AVRDUDE...
avrdude_original: usbdev_open(): did not find any USB device "usb"

I got the official arduino ide version installed (first) as well in a separate folder.
I suspect some path issues, please help.

Go to tools menu, change Board to Digispark 16.5mhz, and then go to tools menu again and change programmer to Digispark.

When using your Arduino installation, will it be able to use visual studio with the 'Visual Micro' plugin as well for developing and uploading to the digispark?
