DigiFi Library with AT command Wrappers

Hello, I've added wrapper functions for all the wifi AT commands to the DigiFi library and thought I would share.
Not all have been tested so there may be bugs. Also, the UartAutoFrame commands are not implemented as I severely dislike very long function names and havent figured out descriptive short names yet.

Also, as a note, readConfig does NOT currently work. it hangs in readResponse and requires a hardware reset to recover. (Infinite Loop probably). Running the raw AT command does work. It may need some custom output handling instead of relying on readResponse.


I will be submitting a pull request with these changes once the GitHub is up, for now they are posted here for the other beta backers who are eager to work with WiFi.  ;)
