Extend programming tutorial in the Wiki

Hello to all,

I have created an tutorial in the Wiki, talking about the differences between self-programming, in-system-programming and high-voltage-programming.
Finally describing, how you can use the digispark as an ISP and program attiny85 chips, that they will work like an digispark.

Thanks for any correction, clarification and additional contribution.  I think, that we should use more and more the wiki, to describe certain technics, instead doing it in the forum.
