When is Digistump going to upgrade it's version of the Arduino IDE to 1.05?

Currently our plan is to move to 1.5x around the time the DigiX ships - 1.5x was designed for alternative boards like the DIgispark and will allow it to work with alot less hacks. We feel it is better to focus our efforts on that then keeping up with 1.0x versions that rarely have any significant changes.


Is there anything is 1.05 (over 1.04) that you find is needed? If so, let me know and we'll consider a 1.05 version in between.

No not really.  Just wanted to have the latest.  Ver 1.05 fixed a long time memory bugs with the String class, but I avoid the String class anyway.

Any idea when 1.5 is supposed to come out of beta?

If we don't roll out 1.5 soon we'll do an in-between roll out of 1.05 - no idea when 1.5 will come out of beta but our version will have some of our own fixes to common bugs with it and otherwise we haven't had many issues using it 100% of the time for regular Arduinos and Dues/DigiXs

Are you willing to share some files/instructions for DigiSpark Arduino 1.5 IDE setup for the adventurous among us? I know it's still in flux right now, but I'd be willing to play with it.
