Did you install the drivers?
Do you have more than one? - if so try to testing a second one.
If you have a USB extension cable try that as well.
If you haven't already try the troubleshooting section in the wiki at digistump.com/wiki
If all of that fails you can email us at
support@digistump.com and we can get you a replacement.
